You do not have to sign this Agreement physically to agree to its terms. If you proceed with making a booking, you agree with Topless-Waitresses.com.au terms and conditions.
Topless-Waitresses.com.au and Customer’s Obligations
This agreement applies to every service provided by Topless-Waitresses.com.au.
This website provides adult entertainment services. If you are not over the age of 18 or find it offensive, please leave the website.
The customer must ensure everyone at the event attended to by our performers and waitresses is over the age of 18.
A deposit and identification check may be needed when confirming a booking. This is for the safety of our performers and waitresses and will not be shared with third parties, unless legally required. Performance and waitresses will contact clients via private numbers.
At commencement of a booking, waitresses and performers are to be provided with a clean, safe, and private area to change and store their belongings.
Performers are to be provided with a clean and safe area to utilize for their performance.
Performers and waitresses will be provided with a weather appropriate environment.
At commencement of a booking, waitresses and performers are to be provided with payment prior to providing the service.
The use of mobile phones and video to film or take photos are strictly prohibited during any of our performer’s shows or during the duration of a waitresses shift.
Failure to comply with the above can result in immediate termination of our services with no refund provided.
Customers of Topless-Waitresses.com.au are to follow our ‘No touching policy’, including attendees of the customers’ event.
Attendees of the Customer’s function are not allowed to touch the performers and entertainers, UNLESS invited to by a performer as part of the show. In this case, the performer will communicate this first and outline the specifics of this.
Customers and their event attendees must ensure the performers and waitresses are always kept safe and can provide their service without physical or verbal harassment.
The performers and waitresses must not be harassed, intimidated, or pressured in any way.
The performers and entertainers must always be treated with respect and dignity.
There is strictly no erotica, sex or full-service policy.The customer and their event attendees must not, under any condition, exchange contact details (phone numbers, social media: snapchats, whatsapp, signal, telegram, instagram, only fans, email addresses) with the performers or waitresses.
Failure for the customer or their event attendees to comply with the above agreement will result in immediate termination of services provided without refund provided.
When commencing a booking with Topless-Waitresses.com.au, you agree that:
Topless-Waitresses.com.au is a booking agent and uses the services of independent contractors. We (Topless-Waitresses.com.au) accept no liability or responsibility for the contractor’s actions during a booking.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Cancellations
If the booked performer has cancelled their booking and we are unable to find a replacement The booking fee part for that performer will be refunded.
Any cancellations made by the customer within 7 days of the booking results in loss of booking deposit.
Cancellations more than 7 days from the booking will result in a 50% refund.
Refunds
No refunds on performers leaving the job due to harassment, assault (physical, verbal or threats) or photography/social media posting.
It is your responsibility to ensure the performer has the appropriate permissions and access to your booked venue at the time of confirmation and on the event date. No refunds will be given if your performer cannot perform their service due to refusal of access to your third party venue.
Any issues with your performer must be addressed at the time in the booking, with us.
